Excellent First-layer Adhesion The textured PEI surface offers increased durability and enhanced print adhesion, reducing the need for additional adhesives. Note: Glue may still be required when printing with certain specialty filaments.
	Self-release when Cooled The textured PEI surface is built to endure repeated heating and cooling cycles of the print bed, ensuring long-lasting performance. Once the bed cools to room temperature, prints release effortlessly without the need for additional force.
High Material Compatibility PEI allows for reliable printing with everyday materials like PLA, TPU, and PETG, while also supporting high-temperature filaments such as ABS and Nylon.
	Reliable Magnetic Adhesion to Prevent Warping The Bambu Texture PEI Plate is built with a durable 0.5 mm thick stainless steel core that enhances magnetic adhesion for a more secure hold during printing. This improved stability helps minimize warping and ensures consistent print quality by reducing the risk of first-layer lift or deformation. It is especially effective when working with larger models or warp-prone materials such as ABS, PC, and Nylon.
Textured Surface Finish The Bambu Textured PEI Plate delivers a distinctive first-layer finish. Created using a specialized powder-coating process, this build plate features a durable, textured surface that imparts a unique, high-quality texture to your prints.

Considerations

• Raising the heatbed temperature improves print adhesion. To achieve optimal results, users should adjust the heatbed temperature according to their specific material and printing needs.
• Before auto-leveling, the nozzle must be wiped repeatedly against a designated area of the build plate to ensure any residual material is fully removed from the tip. Over time, the coating in this specially designed wiping zone may show signs of wear. This is expected and does not impact print quality or the lifespan of the nozzle, so there is no cause for concern.
• Dust and grease buildup on the build plate can reduce adhesion. To ensure optimal performance, it’s recommended to clean the surface regularly using detergent and water.
• Do not clean the Textured PEI with Acetone, as it will damage the PEI surface.
• Allow the build plate to cool for a few minutes before removing your printed models. This makes part removal easier, helps protect the surface from damage, and extends the lifespan of the plate.
• Lightly sanding the surface with fine 600-grit sandpaper can help restore adhesion.
• The Textured PEI plate is classified as a consumable component and will naturally wear over time. As such, the warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not extend to cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or cracks. Only plates found to be defective upon arrival are eligible for warranty coverage.
