CD-soft arranged for direct shipping from the manufacturer to my door so I could have the machine a little sooner. As for the emblaser core. Love the quality on the engraving produced and lightburn is a good choice for cad/cam software. Overall very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend CD-soft & the emblaser core.
