Upgrade Program

Great news! We are offering Australian educators the opportunity to upgrade your used and much loved Sphero class packs and save on Sphero’s most advanced robot, the new and improved Sphero BOLT+ or Sphero RVR+.

The new Sphero Upgrade Program applies to SPRK+ & BOLT education owners who have old robots (working or otherwise) and are willing to return them to the Australian distributor in Melbourne. This gives you the opportunity to "trade-in" your old robots and purchase the Sphero BOLT+, Sphero BOLT+ Education 15 Power Pack, Sphero RVR+ or 2x Sphero RVR+ Education 6 Packs at a substantial discount.

Upgrade Single Sphero Robots - A new and exciting feature of the Sphero Upgrade program is that educators can now upgrade single SPRK+ or BOLT robots to single BOLT+ robots and save. To upgrade single robots please visit Sphero Robot Upgrade - Single.

How Does the Program Work?

• Do you have 15 single Sphero BOLT robots, a BOLT Power Pack, 12 single SPRK+ robots or a SPRK+ Power Pack (working or otherwise) that you wish to upgrade to Sphero BOLT+ or RVR+ robots?
• Are you able to return the products back to the Australian Distributor located in Melbourne at your cost once a return authorisation (RMA) is supplied?

If you answered ‘Yes” to both, then select which product you would like to upgrade to and place your order with us.

Upgrade Procedure

• Choose the option you require and qualify for.
• Place your upgrade order with us.
• We will send you a document with an RMA number and return address.
• Box and return the correct number of robots and charging bases to the address shown on the document at your cost with a copy of the RMA attached to the outside of the box . 
• When your old robots have been received by the Melbourne warehouse and checked, your upgrade order will be dispatched.
  

Note

• Return of the old products back to the Australian Distributor located in Melbourne is at your cost.
• Old blue charging cases are not to be returned saving you freight costs.
• Old charging bases should be returned with your robots.
• Old robots are disposed of via an e-waste program.
