Keep Filaments Dry

The AMS features an airtight seal and uses desiccant material to actively absorb moisture, helping keep your filament dry and protected.

A built-in humidity sensor continuously monitors the internal environment and alerts you when humidity rises or when it’s time to replace the desiccant.

Automatic Filament Identification

Bambu Lab filaments include an RFID tag that the AMS reads to instantly recognise the material and apply optimal print settings. The tag’s information syncs automatically with Bambu Studio for a seamless setup experience.
