Built with a 0.5 mm magnetic stainless steel core, the plate provides strong magnetic adhesion, reduces the risk of warping, and helps maintain consistent, high-quality results throughout your prints.

Excellent First-layer Adhesion The textured PEI surface offers increased durability and enhanced print adhesion, reducing the need for additional adhesives. Note: Glue may still be required when printing with certain specialty filaments.
	Self-release when Cooled The textured PEI surface is built to endure repeated heating and cooling cycles of the print bed, ensuring long-lasting performance. Once the bed cools to room temperature, prints release effortlessly without the need for additional force.

Considerations

• Dust and grease buildup on the build plate can reduce adhesion. To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to regularly clean the surface using detergent and water.
• Raising the heatbed temperature improves print adhesion. To achieve optimal results, users should adjust the heatbed temperature according to their specific material and printing needs.
• Gently sanding the textured PEI surface with fine-grit sandpaper (around 600 grit is recommended) can help restore bed adhesion.
• If bubbles form on the underside of the Smooth PEI sheet, placing it on the heatbed at a temperature of at least 80°C for several hours can help reduce or eliminate them.
• Avoid using acetone to clean the Bambu Dual-Texture PEI Plate, as it can damage the PEI surface.
• Allow the build plate to cool for a few minutes before removing your printed models. This makes removal easier while helping prevent damage to the plate, ensuring long-lasting performance.
• The Bambu Dual-Texture PEI Plate is a consumable component and will naturally wear with use over time. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not extend to cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or cracks. Only plates found to be defective upon arrival are eligible for warranty coverage.
