Dual-Head UV Edition: Perfect for creators looking to take UV printing to the next level. Unlock advanced printing capabilities with vibrant fluorescent colours and soft white ink, ideal for personalising both rigid and flexible materials, including leather and canvas.

Can I upgrade from the Single UV to a Dual-Head UV or UV + DT Fabric Edition later?

No. Each edition comes factory-configured with a specific printhead and ink system, which cannot be changed or upgraded after purchase. We recommend selecting the edition that best suits your current and future printing needs.

Does the UV + DT Fabric Edition support fluorescent inks and flexible white ink?

No. The UV + DT Fabric Edition uses its second printhead for direct-to-garment (DTG) and direct-to-film (DTF) printing. For fluorescent effects or flexible white ink printing on materials such as leather, we recommend the Dual-Head UV Edition.

What do I need for DTF and DTG fabric printing?

The xTool O1 Omni Printer (UV + DT Fabric Edition) supports both Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, offering greater flexibility for custom fabric printing.

DTF Printing: Print your design directly onto transfer film, apply adhesive powder, then use a compatible heat press, such as the xTool WonderPress, to cure the powder and transfer your design onto fabric. With built-in curing capabilities, the WonderPress helps streamline the entire DTF process.

DTG Printing: For the best results, we recommend pre-pressing your fabric before printing and heat-curing the ink afterwards. This helps improve wash durability and achieve vibrant, professional-quality prints.

Can O1 work with xTool laser machines for print-then-cut workflows?

Yes! The xTool O1 Omni Printer integrates seamlessly with xTool Studio and supports a range of xTool laser machines, including the P3, P2, P2S, S1, M2 and M1 Ultra. These workflows will be ready to use when your O1 arrives, allowing you to start creating straight away. Support for additional models, including the F Series, will continue to expand, unlocking more creative possibilities such as engraving and printing on the same project.
