2. Lubrication

If the rails and Z-axis lead screws are not properly greased, you may start to see imperfections in your prints, such as artefacts and layer shifts. Fortunately, this step does not require frequent repetition. As a general rule, lubricate the rails and Z-axis lead screws every three months. However, the frequency of lubrication may vary based on the amount of time and intensity of your printing.
3. Replacing HEPA Filters
HEPA13 and activated carbon filters capture up to 99% of particles and VOCs, protecting your respiratory system. Replace these filters every three months, or even monthly if you are printing with materials that produce more particles such as ABS, ASA and other engineering filaments or are using the printer intensively.

However, if the printer is functioning well, regular firmware updates aren’t essential.
